Designed by architects from Circa-Morris Nunn, built in 2014. All modern with underfloor heating and modern facilities. Views down the River Derwent and glimpses of Mt Wellington. Ideal and comfortable for 2-3 adults or young family with 1-2 children.
Wifi. Google Chrome. Bluetooth Speaker.
Kitchenettes in each main apartment are equipped with dishwashers, bar fridges, microwaves, kettles, sandwich toaster, toasters and coffee plungers. Please note that there are no formal cooking facilities.
The communal guest Courtyard has seating and natural gas BBQ. And Outhouse facilities include washing machine and clothes dryer.
Sleep.
A generous sized master bedroom away from the hustle and bustle. Sleep well after a long walk in Tasmania’s fresh air or rest well after an intense day of exploring. Bed can be split into two singles on request.
Rest.
Rest well in the light filled sitting area of the Tutor’s Apartment. Follow the interesting lines of the architecturally designed ceilings whilst listening to your favourite tunes on Spotify.
More.
For the extra guest, Grandma, Aunty, or friends travelling together. Top bunk can fold out for children and cot is available on request.
